Their site search and product recommendations were rule-based and didn’t use behavioural or semantic signals. We integrated an AI search and recommendation layer that consumed their product feed and behavioural events, ran ranking and similarity models, and returned results via API. We plugged this into their existing storefront and also exposed “recommended for you” and “similar products” in their CRM for sales and service.

Launch was phased by brand; we saw double-digit lifts in search conversion and add-to-cart from recommendation modules. Their team now owns the integration and uses our documentation to tune triggers and placements.
