Custom AI Platforms

Off-the-shelf tools didn’t fit their mix of owned fleet, subcontractors, and last-mile partners, or their real-time re-planning needs. We designed and built a custom optimisation platform: ingestion of orders, capacity, and live traffic; optimisation models for route and load; and a dispatch UI with “what-if” and override. We used a combination of heuristic solvers and ML-based demand and delay prediction so the system could learn from their operations.

The platform went live in one region first; empty miles and fuel costs dropped, and on-time delivery improved. They’ve since rolled it out to two more regions and are using the same core for capacity planning.
