Brand Guidelines
A healthcare provider network needed a single set of brand guidelines for 20+ member organisations and external partners.

Member organisations were creating their own materials; the network looked fragmented and sometimes off-brand in sensitive contexts. We produced a comprehensive guidelines document: logo usage, colour and type, tone of voice, imagery and illustration style, and templates for common assets (presentations, one-pagers, signage). We included “do and don’t” examples and a simple approval process for exceptions. The document was published on their intranet and supported by two train-the-trainer sessions.
Compliance audits six months later showed a significant reduction in off-brand materials, and the central team now spends less time answering one-off “can we do this?” requests.
