Sales and delivery teams were using different tools and ad-hoc spreadsheets; leadership had no reliable view of pipeline or revenue by practice. We led CRM selection (they chose a well-known cloud CRM), designed object model and workflows (accounts, contacts, opportunities, projects), and ran a phased rollout by region with training and change management. We also built a set of dashboards and reports for pipeline, win/loss, and revenue recognition.
Six months post-go-live, pipeline visibility is centralised, forecast accuracy improved, and they’ve retired several legacy tools. We handed over admin and report ownership to their ops team with documentation and a small support retainer.
