End-to-End CRM-ERP-eCommerce Integration for Manufacturing Brand

A mid-sized European manufacturing company was scaling fast. Orders were coming through their eCommerce portal, inventory was managed in ERP, and sales operated inside CRM. The problem? None of these systems spoke to each other properly. Sales couldn't see real-time inventory. Marketing didn't know order status. Finance exported spreadsheets daily just to reconcile data. They needed a structured data architecture — not another patch.

1. Integration Strategy & Architecture Design

Antarita Digital Cloud began with a full systems audit covering: CRM (sales pipeline and customer data), ERP (inventory, invoicing, supply chain), eCommerce platform, cloud data warehouse, marketing automation tools. We designed a centralized integration architecture using Microsoft Azure as the orchestration layer and API gateway. The core principles: Single source of truth for customer and product data, real-time event-driven updates, API-first integration design, scalable cloud-native infrastructure.

2. CRM–ERP Synchronization

We implemented bi-directional API integrations between the CRM and ERP systems: Real-time inventory visibility inside CRM, automatic order creation in ERP from eCommerce, invoice and payment status synced back to CRM, unified customer account hierarchy. This eliminated manual reconciliation and reduced operational friction.

3. eCommerce & Marketing Data Flow

To improve marketing performance and reporting accuracy, we: Synced purchase and cart behavior data into CRM, connected web events to the cloud data warehouse, unified customer behavior data across channels, enabled automated triggers based on purchase and browsing behavior. This allowed marketing teams to launch segmented campaigns based on real transactional data instead of outdated exports.

4. Data Warehouse & Reporting Architecture

We built a structured data pipeline that fed clean, transformed data into a centralized cloud warehouse. Key components included: ETL pipelines for daily batch processes, real-time webhook triggers for critical events, data transformation logic for standardized reporting, role-based dashboards for sales, finance, and operations. The result was reliable cross-department reporting without duplicated metrics or conflicting numbers.

Results Delivered

Within five months: 45 percent reduction in manual data handling, real-time inventory visibility for sales teams, 30 percent faster order-to-cash cycle, unified reporting across CRM, ERP, and eCommerce, scalable integration framework ready for future system additions. What this really means is operational clarity. Instead of disconnected tools, the company now runs on a unified, cloud-based data architecture that supports growth.
