Orders and inventory were synced in batch overnight; marketing segments were stale and sometimes targeted out-of-stock items. We designed an integration architecture: event-driven sync for orders and inventory, API-led connections between e‑commerce, ERP, and CRM, and a small middleware layer for routing and transformation. We also set up monitoring and error handling so failures were visible and recoverable.

After go-live, order and inventory latency dropped to minutes; marketing segments and triggers now use fresh data, and they’ve reduced manual reconciliation between systems. We documented the architecture and runbooks for their IT team.
